Return Policy

You may return eligible items purchased from House of Stealing Beauty, subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Unused and in Original Packaging:

   - To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging.

   - Please ensure that all tags & labels are intact and in their original condition.

 

2. Return Period:

   - We accept returns for a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

 

3. Proof of Purchase:

   - A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

 

4. Eligible Items for Refund:

   - We accept returns for a full refund on eligible items.

 

5. Exchanges:

   - We do not offer exchanges for items that require national delivery.

   - Exchanges are only available for customers residing in Cape Town.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

1. Contact our Customer Service team at Info@houseofstealingbeauty.com or call us at +27 (0) 76 482 0875 to request a return authorization.

2. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization number (RA#).

3. Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, and enclose a copy of the proof of purchase.

4. Clearly label the package with the provided RA# and our return address.

5. Ship the package to our return address via a traceable and insured shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
